Descrying Tapestry
Originating from the question “where does junk mail come from?”, I discovered the unprotected beauty of the boreal forest. Many of our favorite songbirds breed, live, and migrate to/from the Boreal Forest, only passing through Iowa seasonally.
Art Vacancy COVID Edition
Art Vacancy Downtown provided exhibition space, a stipend, and public art viewing in Downtown Ames, Iowa during the 2020 pandemic shutdown and recovery. Funding was provided in part by the Iowa Arts Council grant program.
